The call centre will contact the prospective customer and an appointment will be confirmed with a sales rep to visit them at their home. In order for the sale to be complete the sales person must be knowledgeable and know how to finalize a deal. If the sale has been made, the telemarketer, as well as the sales person, gets a percentage of the sale.
