Don’t over do your exercises, meaning don’t work your body too much. If you begin to feel pain or start having cramps, it is time to take a break and drink some water. Don’t ignore the way your body feels when you are exercising this could lead to more issues in your work out routine.
Dieting is the next step in lowering cholesterol. By choosing a diet that is high in fiber yet has a limit on saturated fats you will have cleaner arteries. Lower cholesterol foods include cold-water fish, corn, garlic, nuts, olive oil, and onions. There are more foods that are good for lowering your cholesterol the ones listed here are just examples.
