Families all around the world have a new found thrill, a trampoline. Who would have thought something that started out for kids to have fun on, would turn into fun for the whole family? Who would have thought of the trampoline as a way to stay in shape and exercise all while having fun? It’s true a trampoline is a great way to get the exercise you need and an ever better way to have fun with the whole family.
Trampolines have been used by sports players for many years. They help with your balance and coordination, as well as help your muscles strengthen and help your bones become stronger and less dense. Trampolines have been most popular with children, but now the parents are getting on them and having the time of their life. Children don’t realize that the trampoline is a way to help them become fit they see it as a toy that will throw them many feet in the air, over and over again.
If you have never been on your child’s trampoline you should go out and try, well go ahead, we will be here when you get back. Now wasn’t that a blast? You probably noticed the resistance you get when you first start to jump up and down. That resistance is good for you, it helps you gain the height you want to achieve. This is also good because it makes you push harder with every jump if you want to maintain that height.
After you have been on the trampoline a few times you will want to start learning new tricks, such as flips, splits, and turns. You can try these tricks at any time while on the trampoline, just be careful not to jump off the edge, as it may not hurt badly at first, there are always risks of getting hurt and getting hurt is not recommended, just ask your children.
Also, jumping on the trampoline will help with better blood flow and lower stress. This will lead to a better feeling you. Try not to over do it on the trampoline, but certainly go out and try it, I promise you will you enjoy it. Be careful, have fun, and get fit.
